If for any reason you do not LOVE your Laurel & Bee purchase, we offer a full refund less shipping **.

We take all the risk out of ordering online with us. We'll always do our best to take care of you and want you to feel beautiful and comfortable in all our products.

We ask that you please return your order and contact us within 28 DAYS from date of purchase along with your filled out Returns Form 
 
Please email support@laurelandbee.com and reference your order/invoice number so we can keep record of it due to arrive.
 
After the returned item has been received, we will check it over to ensure it is new, unworn, and in the same perfect condition in which it was sent. If the item has been worn, is damaged (including marked /dirty/odours), washed or altered, we unfortunately cannot accept the item and cannot issue the refund.
FAULTY ITEMS
We do try our best to inspect all items before they are shipped to our customers but in some instances items maybe missed and are deemed faulty.  Laurel & Bee will try their best to replace the faulty item or will issue a full refund (including shipping) once item has been returned and inspected.  Laurel & Bee will also reimburse the STANDARD SHIPPING * costs that the customer has to pay to have the item returned back to us.  
* If customer chooses to send their faulty item back to us via COURIER post Laurel & Bee will only cover the cost to post STANDARD mail and will not reimburse full COURIER COSTS.
** If we (Laurel & Bee) payed to ship your order to you, this amount will be deducted from your refund amount.  
***If your purchased item/s are on CLOSING WAREHOUSE CLEARANCE or in the EOFY SALE 2021, and you are not happy with your purchase unfortunately due to closing we will not accept returns for refund, credit or exchange.
